All students that want to register in the school must have the following information:

1) Immunization Records

2) Original Certified Birth Certificate

3) 2 Proofs of Residency- Mortgage statement or rental agreement, AND a utility or phone bill. Proof of residency must show the current address along with a legal guardian or parent’s name.

4) Proof of Legal Guardianship/Custody- If a guardian other than a natural parent will be registering the student, a court document showing current guardianship must be provided at the time of registration. If divorced, legal documentation of custody agreement should be provided.

5. Withdrawal Form from Previous School (Kindergartners not included)

Families can apply to attend Mesquite under the open enrollment policy. They are dynamic and understand the needs of families that they serve. To round out their population, the school also serves a handful of students that are bused from a rural area in their District.

This school currently serves over 680 students, grades Kindergarten through the fifth grade.
