One of the advantages of having a large computer monitor is being able to view two or more windows on the same screen. In this article, I’ll be taking you through the steps to split screen on Windows & macOS and I’ll also be listing 18 Split Screen Monitor Tools for Windows & macOS.
Microsoft Windows 10 and Apple macOS already have the split-screen feature built into them, you just need to drag your window to any corner of the screen and it will automatically snap, resize and fit half of the screen.
The only issue is, what if you need to fit 5 or 6 windows into a screen?
In Windows 10, splitting your screen makes it easier to copy and paste between windows, see information from multiple sources at once, or just generally multitask.
You can divide your screen into two, three, or four windows.
First, I’ll be taking you through how to manually split your screen on Windows macOS then I’ll take you through the various tools to split your monitor’s screen.
