Where To Buy Sony’s PlayStation Limited Edition Console

Sony’s PlayStation Limited Edition Console is already selling tonight. The company is celebrating its sale of 500 million PlayStation systems with a new limited-edition console featuring 2TB of space and a translucent blue shell.

Only 50,000 of this unit was produced worldwide and will be sold, with orders officially starting tomorrow, August 24th. The $500 console also includes a matching DualShock wireless controller, PlayStation Camera, and a Vertical Stand.

If you would want to own one out of the 50,000 units available worldwide, then it would be your best interest to start trying around midnight.

Best buy and Target  will be selling it on Friday, presumably in the wee hours of the morning. According to Polygon , Gamestop will also start selling the limited edition PlayStation 4 at 1:01 a.m. Eastern time, and Amazon currently has a non-functional URL in place. Also eBay

And if you want in on the excitement but aren’t in the market for a new console, you can also buy the controller separately for $64.99, or a limited-edition gold wireless headset for $99.99. The headset, in particular, should be a lot easier to get. PlayStation is making 500 million of those.
